The purpose of this contract is to put into operation a checkpoint for heavy extinguishing machinery to fight forest fires in the forest districts of Galicia during the years 2021 and 2022.
This file is configured as a service contract, in which the division into lots serves the administrative division itself in forest districts, and is justified by the need for an optimal distribution of the media in the territory, due to the high geographical dispersion of the occurrence of forest fires in which the use of heavy machinery is necessary.
This service is characterized by the hiring of a certain number of days of availability and a bag of hours of extinction in fires. In addition, there is also a bag of kilometers of displacement corresponding to the distance from the point where the checkpoint is based to the fire extinguishing sites.
