The service provider's missions:-Monitoring-Animation of a Programmed Housing Improvement Operation (Opah) throughout the territory of the Community of Giennoise Communes for a period of 3 years-Monitoring-animation of a Programmed Housing Improvement Operation - Urban Renewal (Opah-Ru) in the city center of Gien for a period of 5 yearsthe monitoring mission of the Opah and the OPAH-RU consists in bringing to the Community of Giennoise Communes, Project owner of the operation and the municipality of Gien, partner of the device, technical support for the implementation of the objectives of OPAH and OPAH-RU
