The subject of the contract are the supply of edible hydrochloric acid, of quality in accordance with PN-EN 939: 2009, which should additionally be characterized by the following properties:

1) HCl content - min 33.0%, max 35.0%

2) potassium content - max. 1.0 ppm (0.0001%)

3) calcium content - max. 1.0 ppm (0.0001%)

4) iron content calculated as Fe3+ - max. 1.0 ppm (0.0001%)

5) sodium content - max. 1.0 ppm (0.0001%)

A detailed description of the item of the order is included in the SWZ.

1. The Contractor undertakes to successively supply hydrochloric acid in the amount of 250 tonnes converted into 100% HCl during the contract performance period. Expected monthly demand of about 40 tons in terms of 100% HCl.

2. Due to the specificity of the Ordering Party's activities, the given amounts of hydrochloric acid are estimates. The Ordering Party reserves the right to make the execution of the order dependent on the actual needs. The Ordering Party guarantees the use of at least 75 tons in terms of 100% HCl during the term of the contract. The Contractor shall not have the right to pursue claims against the Ordering Party for the order of hydrochloric acid in an amount lower than specified above.
