The ASBL "Ferme Expérimentale de Gembloux Agro-bio Tech" has for mission the management of the agricultural plots of the University of Liège as well as the support for teaching and related research.

The purchase of an experimental combine harvester is included in the role of hosting, setting up and monitoring experimental plots for research projects and grants conducted by the University or its partners. This purchase is being considered to replace our oldest equivalent machines and outdated technology/precision. This acquisition will allow the dry grain harvest of our test plots.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

As part of its environmental policy, the University of Liège wishes to reduce the ecological impact of all of its markets. Tenderers are therefore invited to contribute to it on the occasion of this contract, for example by ensuring that energy production is minimized and that market-related waste is recycled as much as possible.
