1. The subject of the contract is a comprehensive cleaning service, in-hospital transport and auxiliary activities at the patient. The detailed scope of services and the requirements of the ordering party are specified in Annexes No. 1-11 to the specification of the terms of the contract. 2. Pursuant to Article 95 of the Act, the contracting authority requires the contractor or subcontractor to employ persons performing tasks related to the performance of the contract on the basis of an employment relationship, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2019, items 1040, 1043 and 1495). The scope of activities related to the performance of the contract, which are subject to the requirements of employment on the basis of an employment relationship by the contractor or subcontractor of persons performing activities during the performance of the contract is specified in Annex 7 – Scope of services.
