Unlimited tender for the supply of electricity (supply of electricity — Purchasing Group No 60/2022 Voltra) for units indicated in Section I

The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in accordance with the applicable legislation, the quality standards of the PE Act and the implementing rules, in particular the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4.5.2007 on the specific conditions of the system electricity supply for the entities of the collection points involved in the proceedings, the list of which is set out in Annex No 1.a

The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in accordance with the applicable legislation, the quality standards of the PE Act and the implementing rules, in particular the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4.5.2007 on the specific conditions of the system electricity for the entities of the collection points involved in the proceedings, the list of which is set out in Annex No 1.b to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract is the supply and repurchase of electricity in accordance with the applicable regulations, quality standards of the PE Act and the implementing rules, in particular the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4.5.2007 on the specific conditions for the operation of the system electricity for the entity points involved in the proceedings, the list of which is set out in Annex 1.d to the SWZ.
