The subject of the contract is a data warehouse with server infrastructure for the electronic system of strategic reserve resources. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in the "Description of the subject matter of the contract" constituting Appendices No. 1 to the Terms of Reference (Appendix No. 2 to the Agreement). The order is of a mixed nature and the value of the delivery part is predominant.

The Contracting Authority provides the amount of funds to finance the contract as PLN 5,310,000.00 gross.

The Contracting Authority indicates that it may also annul the procedure on the basis of Article 256 of the Act and Article 257 of the Act. The project is carried out as part of a targeted subsidy. Failure to settle the order in 2023 may also result in a possible withdrawal from the contract.
