The subject of the contract is the service and granting to the Municipality of Miłoradz a long-term PLN loan in the amount of PLN 3,300,000 (in words: three million three hundred thousand zlotys) in accordance with the will of the Commune Council in Miłoradz expressed in Resolution No. XXXVII.251.2022 of May 16, 2022 and in Resolution No. XXXVIII.259.2022 of June 27, 2022, which will be fully allocated to finance the planned deficit of the commune budget in 2022 and to repay previously incurred liabilities from for loans and advances taken out by the Miłoradz Municipality.
