The integrated contract has as its object the executive design, the war reclamation and the execution of all the works, services and supplies necessary for the realization "in body" of the works called "Rationalization and reorganization of the sewage and purification system of the urban agglomeration of Vicenza and the neighboring municipalities related to it (Basin VI 6 P.R.R.A. Veneto Region) - Excerpt 1 - extension of the Casale, including the management/management, technical assistance to the management and maintenance (ordinary, scheduled and extraordinary) of the plant, according to the conditions established by the Special Tender Specifications, Tender Regulations and on the basis of the technical, qualitative and quantitative characteristics provided for in the final project and by the Technical Guidance File based on the tender and related annexes.

It should be noted that some works of this contract, as better specified in the "Technical Guidance File", are the subject of specific PNRR funding granted by MASE.

The works of I° STEP - "M2C1.1.I1.1 - LINE C", are the sections of thermal drying, thermal hydrolysis and mechanical dehydration. Access to PNRR funding is, however, subject to a series of constraints imposed by the Ministry that must be respected, otherwise the assigned contribution will not be paid. In this regard, it is highlighted the mandatory compliance with the following deadlines set, in particular:

- identification of the "Realizing Subjects" by 30/09/2023;

- approval of the executive project by 30/06/2024;

- realization of the interventions, subject to the successful completion of the test by 30/06/2026.

The final project based on the tender has been validated as per the minutes of 16/03/2021, 06/04/2021, 26/05/2021 and the Technical Address File has been validated as per the minutes of 05/06/2023.

The final project of "Rationalization and reorganization of the sewage and purification system of the urban agglomeration of Vicenza and the neighboring municipalities related to it (Basin VI 6 P.R.R.A. Veneto Region) - Excerpt I - Extension of the farmhouse, conversion of S. Agostino and South Collector" was approved with Resolution no. 81 of 27/05/2021 and the Technical Address File was approved with Resolution of 05/06/2023.
