The assignment will be given the project name 'Keizersberg'. This designation includes both the architectural assignment and the infrastructure assignment. Both assignments form 1 indivisible whole and must be carried out together.

ARCHITECTUUROPDRACHT

The subject of the contract is a complete architectural assignment including all studies on stability and techniques for the renovation of 14 ground-level dwellings and 20 stacked dwellings, Keizersberg in 3000 Leuven.

INFRASTRUCTUUROPDRACHT

Linked to the above architectural assignment, the infrastructure will also be rebuilt.

The subject of this contract is the entire infrastructure contract for the construction of the public domain on the site described above.

In addition, the playground and the 2 stairs that connect the district with the Mechelsestraat need to be renovated.
