The agreement consists of the full and permanent operation of the Cultural Centre De Weijer in Boxmeer, at the expense and risk of the concessionaire.

The concessionaire will operate and manage De Weijer while maintaining the current functions (in different buildings) for the community of Boxmeer and its surroundings (not exhaustive): Cultural Centre; Theatre; Hospitality; Library; Housing of cultural associations and/or foundations; Rental of spaces.The agreement is entered into for a period of five (5) years with an extension option of five (5) years. The effective date of the agreement is January 1, 2023.
