Communicative Support for the Police Crime Prevention Program of the Federal States and the Federal Government (Pro PK)

Communicative support for all questions of crime-preventive public relations work inside (police) and outside (public / institutions / press) and technical advice in all matters of strategic marketing communication in the context of the supervision, design and implementation of the program Police Crime Prevention of the Federal States ( ProPK).

These include in particular:

Consultation:

- Strategic consultation of police crime prevention for mass media communication (eg communication goals, approaches to the ProPK) in the context of crime prevention as well as to all questions of crime preventive public relations work inside (police) and externally (population / institutions / multipliers / press),

- Advice in all matters of media planning, media accounting, media purchasing and media billing (document control) and development of a media strategy (including social advertising strategies),

- Advice in all matters of optimization of internal police distribution channels and procedures or the development of free distribution channels through the acquisition and integration of cooperation partners (social sponsoring),

- Advice in all matters of security of Internet presence.

Concept:

- Creation and further development of written communication concepts on specific prevention topics as well as content-related conception of media and measures to achieve the ProPK goals as specified by the PL PK, the KPK and the ZGS. The existing design of the media offer of police crime prevention should be optimized if necessary,

- planning and conceptual proposals for the implementation of the given communication and project goals with explanations on the cost and process planning as well as determination of the total effort,

- Designing and implementing public relations campaigns and PR measures, with the aim of increasing the visibility of ProPK and its media,

- planning and conceptual measures for the realization of digital projects (eg relaunch of existing websites or new development of websites or database applications in the context of future focal topics) with explanations on the cost and process planning as well as determination of the total effort.

Creation:

Implementation of communication strategies and measures

- Creation of print media and advertising material. These include text, graphics, editing and re-drawing / creation of the sentence (litho),

- Creation of storyboards and accompaniment of local production in the development of audiovisual media (film, TV, radio, etc.) as well as

- Maintenance and further development of the digital media in operation and developed in the future.

Implementation and coordination also includes advice on all matters relating to art buying as well as film and photo art.

Social sponsorship:

- Gain additional opportunities for cooperation both imaginative and financial with non-police, governmental and non-governmental institutions for the realization of umbrella campaigns with nationwide high ranges,

- Gaining media partners to intensify editorial media work with editorial offices of nationwide importance. Generating media for social advertising activities,

- The concepts are to be continuously aligned with potential multipliers, sponsors, advertising and media partners in order to establish a partnership-based relationship network.

handling:

Production-technical monitoring of advertising measures of the ProPK (production of leaflets, brochures, etc., advertising and information media, radio spots and spots for film, TV and the like, electronic media such as CD-ROM, DVD, Internet etc.)

ProPK-annual programs:

- Designing and implementing the ProPK measures in 2020 and 2021 and the other annual programs from 2022 onwards.
