This contract consists of the execution of a mission of follow-up-animation of the programmed Operation of improvement of the habitat of urban renewal (OPAH-RU), on the sector of the heart of town of Montbéliard (remarkable heritage site ). The duration of the mission will be five years from the notification of the market.

Form of contract: sliced. Award of a single market. Services divided into four installments:

- firm phase: monitoring and animation of the OPAH-RU co-ownership system. Deadline for the firm phase: [see section II.2.7)]. Detail by tranche of the missions entrusted to the holder: TF - monitoring-animation of the OPAH-RU co-ownership system: 1/2/3/4/5;

- TO001 - enhanced diagnostics of potentials: 6;

- TO002 - operational process proposal: 7;

- TO003 - support for the launch and conduct of coercive procedures: 8.
