The object of the contract is the award of the operating services of the Urnieta Light Packaging Selection Plant (PSE Urnieta). GHK S.A.U. requires that the bidder include in its bid a pavilion for use as a warehouse for bales of selected material, ready for delivery to a recycler. The conditions and characteristics will be detailed in the PPT. The PSE of Urnieta, is located in the Polygon of Erratzu, Plot J-8, C.P. 20130 of the Gipuzkoan town of Urnieta.

The Annexes provide additional information regarding the Location and Service Areas of the Facility, in such a way as to ensure their proper treatment and maximise the selection of materials and fractions recoverable under the Framework Agreement for Collaboration between the BASQUE GOVERNMENT and Ecoembalajes España, S.A., of 25 years. June 2014 (currently extended).
