In the exercise of its powers, the CC of Castagniccia Casinca wishes to entrust to a service provider the waste collection operations described in the CCTP of this service contract in one part of the territory (the other sector being covered by the Régie).the present consultation concerns a service contract for the collection of household and similar waste in the territory of the CC of Castagniccia Casinca. This is a public contract, awarded according to the formalized procedure of the call for tenders opened pursuant to Articles R.2124-1, R.2124-2, R.2161-3 to 5 of the Public Order Code
