Aster wish to establish a Framework for Supply of Temporary Worker and Permanent Recruitment Services and appoint a number of Preferred Agencies.

Trades, Labour and Construction (Dorset)
It is the intention of the Contracting Authority to appoint a panel of Approved Agencies for the provision of Agency Staff and Permanent Recruitment Services. It is envisaged these will include, but not be limited to:
Temporary Workers defined as:
— Worker who is taking the place of an Aster employee on a temporary basis,
— Is paid on an hourly rate basis,
— Is managed on a daily basis by an Aster Manager and work is allocated by that Manager,
— Is based in an Aster office or Customer premises and uses Aster's facilities,
— Provided by an Agency and paid by that Agency.
Permanent Recruitment:
— Aster may choose to utilise approved agency services for the recruitment of Permanent Employees or long term fixed term engagements where Aster's internal processes have failed to appoint a suitable candidate.
Aster will require the following:
1 Provision of CV's and candidate management,
2 On-boarding — including DBS checks, appropriate training, right to work in the UK, qualification checks (where applicable), references and drivers checks,
3 Weekly billing,
4 Monthly summary report of workers, hours worked, hiring manager, costs etc. to be provided 5 working days after the end of the month,
5 Delivery against required Service Levels.
