The subject of the contract is the supply of reagents and additional assortment for immunohematological tests with the lease of an immunohematological analyzer with backup for SP ZOZ MSWiA in Szczecin. A detailed description and method of contract execution is included in the Model Agreement, constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ and the Detailed price offer, constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ, as well as the List of parameters and border requirements, constituting Annex 9 to the SWZ.

Reagents and additional assortment for the critical parameters analyzer together with the lease of a replacement analyzer of the type and quantity specified in Annex 2 "Detailed price offer" to the CMS.
