The contract aims at the designation of a project author, charged with the complete mission of study and follow-up of the works of the renovation of 3 social housing buildings located Rue de Haerne 204-206-208 in a sustainable and ecological vision .
The budget of the works from rue de Haerne 206 to 1040 Brussels is 1.835.910,22 EUR excluding VAT, fees, connection fees of the régies and other miscellaneous expenses.
The works budget from rue de Haerne 204 to 1040 Brussels is estimated at EUR 1,015,920.00 excluding VAT, fees, connection fees and other miscellaneous expenses.
The budget of the works from rue de Haerne 208 to 1040 Brussels is estimated at 1.015.920,00 EUR excluding VAT, fees, connection fees of the régies and other miscellaneous expenses.
The renovation of existing buildings is desired in light renovation.
In the event of a development of the attic, to increase the living space, it will be considered heavy renovation.
For this mission, the contracting authority wishes to appoint a multidisciplinary team composed of an architect and a stability engineer, a special techniques engineer.
The contracting authority wishes to have a direct contractual relationship with a multidisciplinary team composed of an architect, a stability engineer, and a special techniques engineer, and in case of the waiver of the mandatory option, a consultant ILL.
In the event that the specific staff needed to carry out all the tasks envisaged are not found within the same professional structure, a team of participants is formed into a group of economic operators. The various natural or legal persons who compose it act jointly on its behalf.The one representing the grouping with regard to the contracting authority and who is responsible for coordinating the studies and services performed by the other members of the association, is architect.
Each member of the group of economic operators signs the application.
Applications that do not guarantee that the contracting authority in the selection phase will benefit from this direct contractual link will be rejected.
The attention of economic operators introducing several applications
i) In isolation and in consortium with other economic operators; or
(ii) Within differently composed groups) and groups in which they would participate is drawn to the prohibition of multiple participations at the stage of submission of tenders by Article 54 (2) of the Royal Decree of 18 April 2017 .
This prohibition means that tenders submitted by tenderers concerned by a multiple participation must all be rejected.
In case of selection of the 2 candidates concerned by the multiple participation of an economic operator, the latter can only submit an offer in the framework of one of the 2 candidates. Applicants must anticipate this situation to avoid rejection of their offer.
