Rollag Kommunale Eiendom is planning to build a new health and care centre containing 12-18 homes, with support functions such as a commercial kitchen, laundry, etc.

The project manager's responsibilities include planning and implementation of the preliminary project for a new health centre in Rollag.

Project management during the execution phase and warranty period will be an option for extension/expansion of the agreement.
