The subject of the contract is the service of performing evaluation studies for the purposes of the implementation of Entrepreneurial Discovery Processes in the Silesian Voivodeship, divided into three parts:

2. The description of the subject of the contract (in short: OPZ) constitutes Annex 3A to SWZ/Appendix No. 1 to the draft provisions of the contract.
3. The proposed provisions of the agreement on the above public procurement, which will be introduced into the content of the contract, can be found in Annex 2a to the SWZ.
4. The Contracting Authority requires the final report of the study to be created in accordance with the principles set out in the current version of the Guidelines for the implementation of the principle of equality of opportunity and non-discrimination, including accessibility to people with disabilities and the principle of equal opportunity for men and women within the framework Union funds for the period 2014-2020, and in particular Annex 2 Availability Standards for Cohesion Policy 2014-2020.
