The purpose of this framework agreement is to select energy suppliers who will be eligible to bid on the subsequent markets (MS) publication for the supply and transmission of electricity and associated services to supply Power Points. delivery (PDL) of the members of the group, including the following services:

- supply and delivery of electricity from delivery points,

- access to the public electricity distribution network under a single contract,

- the mission of balance manager as defined by the energy code,

- the associated services requested by the CCATP (customer service, invoicing, website, etc.).

Delivery points (PDL) connected in LV with power less than or equal to 36 kva (C5) - excluding public lighting and light signaling.

Delivery points (PDL) of public lighting installations or light signals connected in LV with a power inferior or equal to 36 kva (C5).

Delivery points (PDL) connected in LV with a power> 36 kva (C4) or in HTA with profiled load curve (C3).

Delivery points (PDL) connected in MV with measured load curve (C2).

Delivery points (PDL) with high environmental value.
