The procurement is being made by Birkenes Municipality and Lillesand Municipality, (hereafter called the Contracting Authority).

The procurement will cover the Contracting Authority's need for such assignments involving washing down and clearing social housing, flats, cleaning in construction projects, and other ad-hoc/assignment based cleaning that arises for the municipality.

A parallel framework agreement will be signed with up to two tenderers. See the contract terms, point 1.6 for information on the award of contracts within the framework agreement during the contract period. The contract will have a 2-year duration with an option for the Contracting Authority to extend one or more times for up to a further 2 years, altogether a maximum of 4 years.

The estimated annual amount is approx. NOK 1 250 000 excluding VAT. The contract will be valid for up to NOK 5 000 000 over the contract's lifetime. The estimate is based on previous amounts and is not binding for the Contracting Authority.
