The measure is divided into 2 construction phases. The work takes place during operation.
1. BA:
New extension for accommodation of the International Music School Foundation in the grounds of Kapfenburg Castle based on an existing sketch.
Total usable area approx. 725 m
Estimated building costs gross EUR 5 100 000
Technical equipment costs, gross:
- KG 410: approx. EUR 160,000;
- KG 420: approx. EUR 160,000;
- KG 430: approx. EUR 220,000;
- KG 480: approx. EUR 80,000.
A further 50 overnight accommodation spaces are to be created in a new building.
2nd BA:
Restructuring of the International Music School Academy Foundation at Kapfenburg Castle
Total net floor area, existing 9,320 m
Total net floor area of new building as part of the restructuring: A new building may be required as part of the restructuring. The area of this new building depends on the design.
As a basis for the offer preparation
Technical equipment costs, gross assumed:
- KG 410: approx. EUR 270,000;
- KG 420: approx. EUR 270,000;
- KG 430: approx. EUR 140,000;
- KG 480: approx. EUR 80,000.
Task:
- Conversion of overnight areas into double rooms with raising the room standard;
- Gastronomy: expansion and optimization of the catering capacity and the associated operating areas;
- Constructional measures to optimize organizational processes;
- concentration of decentralized administration;
- creating accessibility;
- improvement of the access and parking situation;
- Investigation of the connection between Kaplanei and Hohenlohebau.
Lauchheim, Kapfenburg Castle
Technical planning services for the technical building equipment, HLS according to part 4, section 2 HOAI for the following system groups according to § 53 HOAI:
Sewage, water, gas installations; Heat supply systems, ventilation systems, building automation
Basic services of service phases 1-9 as well as special services of service phases 3, 8 and 9 for the first construction phase and service phases 1-3, 5-9 for the second construction phase as well as special services of service phases 1 (feasibility study), 3,5,8, 9.
Historic preservation
Kapfenburg Castle is a cultural monument of particular importance within the meaning of § 28 / § 12 DSchG. The construction project 1.BA is in the area of the archaeological cultural monument acc. § 2 DSchG “(Lost) medieval castle / Kapfenburg castle.
