Development of a project for the construction of a rain sewer with overvoltage of drains in Półwiejska Street, Królowej Jadwigi and Tadeusza Kościuszki Street in Poznań.

3.1. The subject of the contract is the development of the Project in accordance with the applicable Construction Law, the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of 20 December 2021 on the detailed scope and form of design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works and the functional and utility program (design documentation including land development, architectural, construction and technical design) for the construction of:

rain channel in Poznań as part of the investment task "Catchment area - construction of a rain channel in Półwiejska Street" (task No. 0-05-21-116-1) along with obtaining a final building permit / notification of construction works along with obtaining a certificate of lack of grounds for objection by the architectural and construction administration body accepting the notification of construction or performance of other construction works appropriate for the task in question (AQUANET S.A. allows obtaining a building permit or the above-mentioned certificate in electronic form. Whether the building permit or the above-mentioned certificate will be obtained in paper or electronic form remains to the decision of the Contractor)

and

performing author's supervision during the implementation phase of works carried out on the basis of the documentation being the subject of the contract from the day of concluding the contract with the Contractor of construction works until signing the final acceptance protocol of these works.
