1. The subject of the contract includes the collection of municipal waste indicated in the scope of the order from all inhabited and mixed real estate located within the administrative borders of the commune of Dobrzyniewo Duże.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in the content of Annex 1 to the ToR.

The subject of the contract includes collecting municipal waste indicated in the scope of the order from all inhabited and mixed properties located within the administrative borders of the commune of Dobrzyniewo Duże.

It should be estimated that during the contract period the Contractor will collect the following amounts of municipal waste from property owners:

- 2,039 Mg from real estate,

- 182 Mg from PSZOK (including equipment with the necessary equipment, including containers).

In estimating the amount of waste being the subject of the contract, the Employer took into account min. fluctuation factor. The Purchaser does not guarantee the size of the order in the above-mentioned quantities, as they are only approximate estimates resulting from 2017, 2018 and 2019 (until 31.10.2019). The amounts of municipal waste are estimated and may change in 2020/2021.
