The tender offer concerns the hire of lorries/machinery with equipment and drivers for snow ploughing and snow clearing. The conditions can vary quite a lot over a stretch of road in regard to snow quantity and wind/snowdrifts. The snow quantity in the tender documentation is therefore an objective and it is assumed that the person ploughing will use their discretion as well. The roads are primarily geographically distributed in the districts outside of Storslett/ Sørkjosen, but there are also a number of roads and spaces in the densely populated areas of Storslett / Sørkjosen that are included in the tender documentation. The tender documentation is divided up into lots that comprise one or more roads where each individual road is given a route number. Each individual item in the tender documentation for each lot, must be priced so that the tender offer can be considered valid. Only tender offers that comprise all roads in a lot will be considered. Tender offers that comprise individual roads within a lot will be considered as incomplete and will be rejected. The prices shall apply for the period from 1.10.2017 to 30.4.2022.
