The subject of the tender is the provision of executive transport. The ultimate contractor is expected to perform at least the following services and activities:

- executive transport: supplying regular drivers for the board members (= transporting the board members in their own lease cars), as well as providing four (4) back-up drivers if the first driver is not available,

- providing, hosting and maintaining a (reservation) portal for creating bookings for executive transport,

- setting up and delivering solid account and relationship management, in which case the Contractor provides Stedin with a fixed point of contact in the form of an account manager,

- the provision of reports and the preparation of advice with regard to the services.
