Vestre Toten municipality shall procure a new excavator for technical operations in Vestre Toten municipality. The excavator shall be used for service assignments carried out by the water and sewage agency. A major part of the assignments includes use as a back up machine in connection with reconstruction works. Vestre Toten requests trade-in price for the trade-in machine owned by the municipality.
