We are looking for 4 full-service agencies to support the federal offices in classic and digital communication from 01.04.2024-31.03.2029.

Services:

a) Consulting, conception, project management

Creation of communication, instrument and measure concepts as well as social media concepts and strategies, community management, project management tasks (quotations, preparation of schedules, project coordination, support, participation in meetings).

b) Creation / Realisation

Layout work (printed/digital publications incl. set of tables), illustrations, image acquisition/editing, design/programming of websites/landing pages, web magazines, apps, smaller film reports, social media content, text and proofreading work.

c) Administration

Organization of meetings, preparation of work protocols, invoices, delivery of reports of the impact measurement of individual measures.
