The contest concerns the delivery and transport of day centre users by minibus. The purpose of the procurement is to ensure transport services to and from the municipality's day centres/activity houses.

The value of the procurement is anticipated to be: NOK 3,800,000 per year excluding VAT. The value is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority.

The contracting authority reserves the right to expand the contract in case of a potential increase in transport needs during the contract period.

Lots/groups

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority considered dividing the assignment but has decided that it is not suitable for this type of procurement.

Contract

The procurement will be regulated by the attached contract with the associated standard terms.

The contract will be in force from the date it is signed by the parties and has a duration of 2 (two) years. The agreement will then be automatically renewed for 1 (one) year at a time.

The contracting authority will sign a contract with 1 tenderer.

The contracting authority expects that the tenderer is familiar with the contract provisions and makes the necessary internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
