There are 7 automation focal points with a total of 1100 physical and communicative data points. A building management system with visualization, alarm management, trend logging and energy data monitoring is installed as a central user interface.

In the property, 3 technical centers are already equipped with automation stations with BACnet/LON communication with a total of 290 data points.

The BACnet/LON automation stations must be fully connected to the new building management system.
