The subject of the contract is delivery in the form of an operating lease with the option of buying a vehicle for waste collection – a garbage truck for the needs of Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunalnej Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością in Goleniów. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 8 to the SWZ. a) leasing period 5 years - 59 equal leasing installments, counting from the date of handing over the vehicle to the Ordering Party for use, b) initial payment - 30% of the gross value of the vehicle; (c) an option to purchase the vehicle for 10 % of the initial gross value of the vehicle, subject to payment of any charges resulting from the leasing contract; (d) leasing instalments at fixed fixed rates during the term of the leasing contract, payable once a month on the basis of invoices issued;
