Framework agreement for the supply of an electronic access control system (EZKA) with locking cylinders for Stadtwerke Bonn Verkehrs GmbH.
The locking system replaces existing locking systems and is intended to become the client's future standard.
No wiring or internal power supply may be provided for the electronic cylinders. The energy supply must only be provided via the key. The locking cylinders are installed/assembled by the customer and is not subject to the contract. The location of the administration software and delivery address for the locking cylinders is the depot of Stadtwerke Bonn Verkehrs GmbH, Neustraße 73, 53225 Bonn.
A guaranteed system availability of at least 15 years after initial delivery is required. After discontinuation by the manufacturer, the components must be guaranteed to be available for another 10 years.
Framework contract for the delivery of an electronic access control system in accordance with a detailed specification of services.
The framework agreement for the supply of cylinders includes an upper limit/maximum quantity of 4,000 cylinders. When this upper limit/maximum quantity is reached, the outline agreement ends automatically.
The minimum purchase quantity of 1,785 cylinders is called up with preliminary scheduling plan:
Year 2021: approx. 440 pcs Year 2022: approx. 310 pcs Year 2023: approx. 635 pcs Year 2024: approx. 400 pcs
Prices for the minimum purchase quantity are fixed prices until December 31, 2025.
When the calculatory/estimated quantity is called up, the prices can then be adjusted using the price sliding clause described in the service specification.
