TVT Asunnot Oy invites tenders for the renewal of the locking system of residential buildings located in Turku. The purpose of the acquisition is to replace the current locking system of 10 sites with a new electromechanical system.

An electromechanical locking system that complies with the requirements reduces maintenance work and costs for the client, which is important for both residents and rental housing operators such as the client.

The target properties have a total of 279 apartments. The locking system to be procured covers residential apartments, mailboxes, stairwells, technical facilities and residents' storage and shared use facilities located in residential buildings. The system to be procured is described in the annexes to the invitation to tender.

The key boxes, keys and the necessary software with their licenses are delivered installed and programmed so that the locks and keys are in working order. The delivery schedule will be agreed with the successful bidder for each residential project.

The offer must include the delivery of the keys to the residents in accordance with the invitation to tender.

The basis for comparing the overall economic advantage of tenders is price. The cheapest price will be chosen from the offers received. In purchasing, the customer takes quality into account by setting high quality standards for the system to be ordered.
