1.The contracting authorities described in Chapter I of the SWZ shall jointly carry out public procurement proceedings (Article 38 Pzp). The contracting authority authorised to carry out the procedure and choose the most advantageous offer (part 1; part 2; part 3 of the order) is Chojnicki County. The contracts shall be awarded (sign contracts for the supply of electricity) by the contracting authorities described in Chapter XVIII.

2.The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity between 01.07.2022r and 31.12.2023r. up to 1 119 points of consumption (PPE) with a total estimated volume (+/ -10%) - basic order

17 814,44 MWh, including: 1) For premises and facilities — tariff groups C, G, R (Part 1 of the order) — 7 614,46 MWh (basic order) — the detailed list of PPE is Annex 1a to SWZ

2) For premises and facilities — tariff group B (Part 2 of the order) — 2 756.32 MWh part. PPE list constitutes Zał. 1b to SWZ 3) For road lighting purposes Part 3 of the order) 7 443.66 MWh part. PPE list constitutes SWZ.

1. Number of measuring systems accounting for electricity consumed 466 pcs.

2. A detailed description of the pre-emptive points (PPE) of the Contracting Party included in Annex No 1a to the SWZ.

3. Estimated electricity consumption (basic order) during the term of the contract —

7,614.46 MWh, of this:

Zone I 5,440.75 MWh

Zone II 2,080.62 MWh

Zone III 93.09 MWh

estimated electricity consumption taking into account options during the term of the contract —

7,617.02 MWh, of this:

Zone I 5 441.51 MWh

Zone II 2,082,42 MWh

Zone III 93.09 MWh

4. Deliveries will take place between 01.07.2022r and 31.12.2023r, subject to the details of delivery times (start and completion) for individual conscription points described in Annex 1a to the SWZ column “Delivery Period”.

5. The Ordering Municipality of Chojnice - item 3 (PPE number 590310600000616708) in Annex no. 1a, has the installation of photovoltaic panels on the facility. The Contracting Authority provides for the conclusion with the contractor whose offer will be considered the most advantageous, a contract for resale and balancing of energy generated and not used (approximately 1.00 MWh per year), which will be valid throughout the supply period.

6. Option law.

1) The right of option will be covered by the supply of electricity after 31.12.2022r. to 2 objects of the Municipality of Konarzyny (part 1 of the order). Under the option, the contracting agent reserves the possibility to extend the electricity supply period by a maximum of 12 months, i.e. until 31.12.2023r. to the following intake points (total or switchable)

and/or

- item 41 — registration number 59024388202086627

The maximum amount of electricity purchased under the option is 2.56 MWh.

As part of the basic order, deliveries to these PPE will take place until 31.12.2022.

2) The Contracting Authority of Konarzyny plans to carry out an investment consisting in the installation of photovoltaic installations on the above facilities. The option law will apply if the contracting authority does not install and connect solar installations in the facility 590243882020102143 and/or 59024388202086627 until 30 November 2022. on 30.11.2022r, Statements of exercise of entitlement and specifying the scope of options (indication of extended supply period and anticipated energy volume).

3) The conditions for implementing the right of options are described in Annex No 8a to SWZ (the proposed provisions of the contract for the sale of electricity - Konarzyny Municipality).

4) Exercise of the right of options is the right of the contracting authority.

7. Electricity supply contracts currently in force will expire or terminate with effect on the date preceding the scheduled date of the start of supply (the “Supply Period” column). The obligation to terminate contracts is on the side of the contracting parties (recipients).

2. A detailed description of the pre-emptive points (PPE) of the Contracting Party included in Annex No 1b to the SWZ.

3. Estimated electricity consumption during the contract term of 2 756.32 MWh, including:

Zone I 1,428.82 MWh

Zone II 1,327.50 MWh

4. Deliveries will take place between 01.07.2022 and 31.12.2023r. The details of delivery dates for individual conscription points are described in Annex No 1b to SWZ the “Delivery Period” column.

5. Measuring systems are tailored to the seller's change procedure.

6. The current electricity supply contracts will expire with effect on the date preceding the scheduled start date of supply (the “Supply Period” column).

7. For all PPE, the change of the seller will take place once again.

5. The current electricity supply contracts will expire or terminate with effect on the day prior to the planned commencement date (“Supply Period” column). The obligation to terminate contracts is on the side of the contracting (recipients).
