The property includes open-plan offices, meeting rooms, tea kitchens and sanitary facilities. Each workstation is equipped with 2 screens each, a keyboard, a thin client PC, a mouse and an office chair, which is called basic workstation equipment. The workplaces are not firmly assigned to employees and are left on the end of daily work according to the “clean desk” principle, i.e. no personal or other items that are not part of the basic equipment of every workplace are left behind. Since AOK Rheinland/Hamburg works largely digitally, there are no other items (e.g. roll containers/trash cans) at workstations or under desks.
Special features of this object are:
— As part of its activities, the company for maintenance cleaning takes care of switching on the existing dishwashers (14 units spread over eight floors) and clearing the cleaned dishes.
The exterior cleaning of the building is organised by the owner and is not part of this call for tenders.
— This includes
— the exterior surfaces of the windows
— the general staircases including windows,
— the elevators and their anteriors.
