The purpose of this contract is to establish a diagnosis of the small tributaries of the Allier as complete as possible throughout the territory of the Val d'allier alluvial territorial contract, as well as a proposal for an intervention strategy for each EPCI presenting the priority sectors and the type of preferential actions to be implemented.
