The object of this order is a construction work consisting in the construction of the MPK — Łódź Technology Department.

1. The subject of the contract is a construction work consisting in the construction of the MPK – Łódź Techniki Plant.

2. The construction work referred to in the paragraph above shall be carried out in accordance with the description of the subject matter of the contract (Annex 3 to the SWZ) and the annexes thereto constitute:

1) Design Documentation,

2) Construction Project and Executive Project, Technical Specification Requirements for the Performance and Reception of Construction Works (TWIORB),

3) Decision on construction permit and notification of demolition.

3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex 3 to SWZ (Description of the subject matter of the order with the annexes) and in the draft contract, annex 4 to the SWZ.

4. In the proceedings in question, the Contracting Authority provides for the right of option referred to in Article 441(1) of the Public Procurement Law, under the conditions provided for in §1(2)-(4) of the contract (the draft contract constitutes Annex 4 to the SWZ).
