NOKUT is searching for suppliers whom can take complete responsibility for ICT operations. NOKUT is now themselves responsible for the operation of servers, networks and clients, but with the new operations provider acquire operations as a service. The service includes;

— Operations of servers including storage, monitoring, backup, antivirus, etc.

— Operations of applications, primarily Microsoft solutions

— Operations of the client platform (about 80 computers) and network

— Coordination and follow-up of deviations from the software supplier

— Consulting within projects related to changes

It is natural to split deliveries from the new operations provider into 3 phases, where the two first phases are combined with the operation of the current solutions ASIS with the new operating platform.
