1. The subject of the order is the supply of medicines, medicinal dressings, dialysis fluids, infusion fluids and nutrition preparations grouped in 25 parts in accordance with Annex 2 to the SIWZ. 2. The drugs offered must comply with the required conditions permitting them for use on the territory of the Republic of Poland. In the case of a drug not available on the market (lack of production, no supply to the country, no register, lack of harmonization, temporary halt of production) and an equivalent drug that can be replaced by the Ordering Party requires to give the last sale price of the drug and the attention of its absence. If you offer a product with a different quantity of the drug in a unit package, the quantities in the rounding should be calculated accordingly to the entire package. The contracting agent is allowed to change the form of the drug (e.g. ampoules for vials, capsules for tablets).
