1. The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of natural gas for heating purposes to the buildings of the Independent Public Health Care Department- Dr. J. Dietl Hospital in Krynica-Zdrój from 01.05.2022 — 31.12.2024. to SWZ
2. Offers not having the full scope of the subject of the contract will be rejected.
3. The other terms of the contract shall be defined by the Designed Provisions of the Agreement contained in Chapter XVII to SWZ.

Order of the quantity of Gas Fuel in individual months of the Gas Year and the order of contractual power for buildings SPZOZ-Hospital named after dr.J.Dietl in Krynica-Zdrój

The cost of using the subject of the order will consist of: gas fee, subscription fee, fixed distribution fee and variable distribution fee. The recipient is qualified for tariff groups W-5, W-3.6, W-4.
