The site is greenfield land which has been acquired by LiveWest adjacent to the current phase 1 development which will be completed in mid-2020. Mid Devon District Council (MDDC) is the planning authority. LiveWest have submitted a planning application for this development. An indicative site layout is attached for information. The works will be procured on a single procurement based on an amended JCT Design and Build contract (2016 edition). The works are to be delivered within a 24-month period.
