1) The subject of the contract is: purchase and delivery of 2 brand new electric buses for the needs of the Pomiechówek Municipality as part of the project entitled "Development of sustainable multimodal mobility in the Pomiechówek Commune and the functional area of Warsaw". 2) The required minimum parameters for the vehicles being the subject of the contract are specified in detail in the annex to the SWZ 3) The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the draft contract, constituting an annex to the SWZ.
