Supply and installation of new main heat engines (mm.tt.pp.) necessary for the modernization of the propulsion system, including additional performances related to the platform system, for n. 5 ( five) offshore naval units of the “200 s” class, for an amount equal to €3,895,000.00 VAT not taxable pursuant to Presidential Decree 633/72 articles 8-8 bis and subsequent amendments, in addition to security costs, equal to €4,000.00 VAT not taxable for each naval unit, amounting to a total of €20,000.00, with the right for the Administration to exercise the option, pursuant to art. 1331 of the Italian Civil Code, up to a further 10 (ten) units shipping costs and an amount of up to €7,790,000.00 VAT not taxable beyond security costs.
