The subject of the contract is the development of municipal waste from the Spytkowice Municipality during the period from Q3 2022 to the first quarter of 2023, through: sorting, recovery, composting and storage of municipal waste and other lawful waste management methods. Waste management is to ensure the achievement of adequate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and reduce the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021 item 888 as amended) and records of the Waste Management Plan for the Lesser Poland Voivodeship.
