5.1. The subject of the contract is Comprehensive Carburizing Service, including works including:

5.1.1. Operation of the carburizing plant including biomass feeding installation and sampling

5.1.2. Delivery of supplies, landfill biomass feed and production

5.1.3. Commercial sampling of biomass

5.1.4. Unloading of lime meal supplies, elimination of bottlenecks on transport pipelines

5.1.5. Unloading and handling of fly ash and bottom ash transport

5.1.6. Receipt, unloading and management of liquid fuels.
