The requested Lean competence includes both Lean Production, Lean Construction as well as Lean start up. The training and consulting must be adapted to these areas. The agreement period is 4 years with option for terminating the contract before this period ends. The extent of services included in the framework agreement is very uncertain.

The Norwegian Defence State Agency requests a provider who can give basic training of new internal lean resources as well as further development of the Agency's established lean resources.
