Under article L. 2113-12 of the Public Order Code, this contract is reserved for suitable companies , to establishments and services providing assistance through work or equivalent structures, where more than 50% of the workers concerned are disabled persons who, because of the nature or severity of their impairments, cannot engage in an occupational activity under normal conditions
