The procedure is covered by the services related to the integrated management of thermal energy production and distribution plants, as well as air conditioning and sanitary water systems, the supply of energy carriers, including minute building maintenance, redevelopment and efficiency interventions of technological systems.

Performance means the following activities that must be conducted according to the laws in force:

integrated plant management services: management, operation, operation, scheduled, periodic and preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and extraordinary maintenance of power plants and energy production and distribution subplants in relation to thermal, summer and winter air conditioning and sanitary water systems, including proliferation prevention service of legionella pneumophila;

fuel supply (methane gas);

supply of materials for use and consumption, vehicles, equipment, tools and what is necessary to ensure the quality of services in full compliance with current legislation;

design, financing and execution of interventions for the energy upgrading of plants with consequent achievement of significant reductions in pollutant emissions into the atmosphere and containment of energy consumption;

control, governance and general monitoring of the building-plant system;

regulatory adjustment interventions;

everything else necessary and useful to achieve the objectives of improving emissions into the atmosphere, energy efficiency and increasing the functionality and reliability of the plants as well as the comfort of the rooms according to the “turnkey” system.
