The subject of the tender is the insurance contract for a combined construction and liability insurance (builder, business, environmental liability and environmental damage insurance, as well as planning liability insurance).

ANregiomed is a network of the clinics Ansbach, Dinkelsbühl, Rothenburg and the practice clinic Feucht-wangen. Around 2,300 employees work in our main specialist departments and the inpatient departments to care for around 75,000 inpatients and outpatients annually. In our medical care centers (MVZ), around 30 specialists and their practice teams make an important contribution to outpatient care in the region.

The Ansbach Clinic is currently undergoing an extensive structural and organizational restructuring process with the aim of completely modernizing the existing hospital complex. For this purpose, the realization of BA 5 and BA 6 is planned:

Three 5:

- demolition, rehabilitation and restructuring measures; this construction phase extends over 7 floors of the existing ward block and functional wing

Three 6:

- New building, especially for general care, medical service, dialysis and administration, as well as extension of component E, with:

- New clinic building

- New construction of parking deck

- Creation of new open spaces

- Demolitions F and E

- Extension of E10 component E (new building)

- Remaining work (façade component A, dismantling of temporary arrangements, etc.)

- Roof surface component F
